The 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered course is held in Geneva, Switzerland.
Begin Your Journey

The unique aspect of our programmes is our fundamental belief that you have everything you need within yourself to reach your goals; our role is simply to guide you to unlock your potential and tap into your own infinite wisdom and potential. Rather than teaching one fixed style of yoga, through coaching and intuitive development, we encourage you to allow yourself the freedom to discover your own authentic style. We truly believe that the greatest teachers will show you where to look, but not tell you what to see.

This is a 9-weekend-course (200hrs.), next TTC runs from 07th March 2026 to 06th September 2026

YogaLife can provide a list of recommended accommodation once you are registered for the course if this is useful for you, and you will need to inform us of your address during the training.
In order to successfully graduate, you will need 100% attendance in all classes, which does include the orientation session. Our teachings are guided by traditional hatha yoga, which is the basis of all physical yoga styles. Both the adjustments we teach, the methodology and the underlying philosophy are applicable to any style of yoga.
In this 200 hour course, there is not sufficient time to explore any one yoga tradition in great depth. The texts we use are Pantajali’s Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita, which give you grounding in key yogic philosophical principles.
You will be awarded an international Yoga Alliance certification, which allows you to register with the Yoga Alliance and to teach in your country. This course will teach you the fundamentals of traditional hatha yoga, but it is not a specialism in any one style. It takes years to develop a specialism and we trust that with our approach, over time, you will be able to develop your own authentic style. What you learn with us will be valuable for any specialism you later develop or hone.
