This is a 7-weekend-course (200hrs.), next TTC runs from 10th March to 11th June, 2017

The Training is spanned over 4 months:
March - June, 2017 over 7 weekends of 3 days each
The course will take place from:

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 08:00 to 18:00

08:00 to 08:30: Pranayama and meditation
08:30 to 10:00: Yoga class
10:00 to 11:00: Breakfast break
11:00 to 12:00 Lecture
12:00 to 12:15 Refreshment break
12:15 to 13:30: Main lecture
13:30 to 15:00: Lunch break
15:00 to 16:30: Asana clinic (corrections)
16:30 to 17:45: Yoga class
17:45 to 18:00: Navigation meeting

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga belt
  • Wind and waterproof jacket
  • Comfortable Yoga clothes to change
  • Light walking shoes
  • Shawl or light blanket (useful for lectures
    and meditation)
